Designed and built to the highest standards, the Hotel Cervo reflects the spirit of this jet-set resort, where elegance and impeccable, courteous and attentive service are the norm.  On your doorstep you will find the marina, packed with luxurious yachts, as well as the boutiques, chic pavement cafes and restaurants that have made Port Cervo world-famous.   The Cervo Restaurant reflects the true and simple flavours of the Mediterranean in an unforgettable setting, with a la carte and daily menus.  A further six restaurants, “La Terrazza” (for breakfast) “The Grill” (for dinner, seasonal) “Il Pescatore” (for dinner, seasonal and not included in half board), “La Pergola” and “Il Pomodoro” (both for lunch & dinner) and “La Churrascaria” (for dinner), complement the culinary experience to be enjoyed at this hotel.

Guests booked on full board may dine at the hotel’s restaurants, or (by prior reservation 24hrs before – 1 meal per person per day, lunch or dinner) at any of its sister establishments: the hotels Cala di Volpe, Pitrizza or Romazzino.  One is equally spoilt for choice in the selection of bars.  There is the Cervo Bar, with its terrace overlooking the famous Piazzetta; the Resort’s favourite meting point for a pre-dinner aperitif.  Later in the evening you can relax to the strains in the Piano Bar.  During the day, refreshments can also be enjoyed at the Pool Bar, Bar Sole on the Piazetta or at the American cocktail lounge, available at Il Portico.  The hotel boasts a choice of two pools: a freshwater pool plus a heated indoor pool next to the Club bar.  From May to September, a complimentary boat shuttle service (or car for those who get seasick) operates from the pier to the hotel’s fully equipped private beach, Li Nibbani, just a few minutes away.  Sporting activities abound, with five synthetic grass open-air tennis courts, squash court, sauna, fitness and health centre.  Also available within a short drive, is the 18-hole Pevero Golf Course, various water sports activities, horse riding, fishing and scuba diving, plus a number of local excursions, all available and payable locally.
