The hotel sits in a stunning location between a small, natural juniper grove, (overlooking a natural salt lagoon, where pink flamingos can be spotted in summer) and a wonderfully wide expanse of fine white sand; the shallow beach bordering incredibly crystal clear waters. The beach is flanked on one side by a maquis covered promontory, where at its peak, an Aragonese tower scans the horizon, whilst Cavoli island lies just beyond.

The main restaurant is La Veranda, which has its terrace facing the swimming pool and serves a wide selection of appetising and well-prepared dishes for a buffet-style breakfast and buffet-style dinner.  Restaurant I Ginepri by the beach (open during high season), usually offers light meals a la carte for lunch and dinner (by reservation & additional charge for lunch & dinner). Also open for lunch is the a la carte Restaurant Mediterraneo, which also offers ‘Mediterraneo by night’ late dining from 10.00pm until 01.00am.  To quench your thirst on hot, sunny afternoons, there is a bar by the swimming pool, one near the beach and another in the hotel lobby.  The VIP Bar (open during low season or when the weather doesn’t permit outdoor entertainment) offers music and shows for after dinner relaxation.

Children have their own play area with pool at Baboo Village, a club for children from 4 to 12 years. A qualified team runs the club, and organises a variety of activities, including open-air games, sport activities and handicrafts. Opening hours are from 09.30 to 18.30 in high season and from 09.30 to 12.30 and 15.30 to 18.30 in low season. A charge of €15 per child per day payable locally, or €25 per child per day to include lunch (no lunch in low season). Day and evening baby-sitting services are available at a local charge.  In addition, there is a complimentary Teen Club for 12 to 17 year olds.

Leisure activities: Full and free use of the private beach, equipped with sun-beds and parasols, and the open-air freshwater swimming pool, surrounded by sun terraces and palm trees. Beach towels are also provided. A shuttle service connects the hotel to the beach, which can also be reached by a 4-5 minute walk. Guests may use the small gym free of charge. For the energetic, sports-minded guests, there are 4 illuminated tennis courts, an archery range, table tennis, bowls, five-a-side football pitch and other group leisure activities all free and bookable locally (private coaching is also available at local cost).  

NB: First and second rows of sun-beds and parasols situated on the beach are charged locally in July and August, other rows are free.

Also available for a locally paid fee, are a diving centre (PADI, CMAS), and the rental of kayaks, windsurfing and sailing equipment by the beach. Boat and bicycle rental is also available. Nearby there is a 18-hole golf club and horse riding stables are approximately 700m from the hotel.

Linked to the hotel is the excellent Thalassotherapy Institute, with a marine course of 60sqm relaxation area, tea room, saunas, hamman, hydro-massage baths and beauty centre, offering a variety of treatments including anti-stress packages, sea aesthetics and slimming options. This exclusive hotel features spacious reception, lounges & chill out spaces (some areas with I-pod stations, TV & library).  It is beautifully furnished throughout in a warm, elegant and sophisticated style. Entertainment including cabaret takes place during the high season.
