Almost on the brow of a hill, overlooking Simius Bay, it would be hard to find a more beautiful and serene location.

The Residence Fenicia consists of single and two-storey pastel coloured buildings, all blending perfectly into the landscape.  Furnished patios framed by bouganvillea and steps hedged by flowers and aromatic herbs, lead to a centrally located reception area, small lounge and snack bar. Outside, with breathtaking views over the bay, is the swimming pool (heated during April & October) and sun terrace with parasols and sun-beds.  From the pretty gardens, you walk via a steep pathway to the beach equipped with parasols and sun-beds (local charge). You are now on Simius beach, a long stretch of white sand, occasionally broken by rocky outcrops.  Two sun-beds & a parasol per room or apartment are included on the Residence’s private area of beach.

The standard of service offered by the affable resident owners, is matched by the quality of the accommodation.  All the apartments and rooms are well furnished with individual entrances, satellite TV, safe, air-conditioning (July and August) and telephone. Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and in communal areas (3hrs €5.00/ 10hrs €10.00/24hrs €20.00). Guests have free use of the tennis court and may hire bicycles.  Apartments and rooms are presented freshly cleaned to clients on arrival from 17.00 hours on Saturday, and must be vacated by 10.00 hours on the day of departure.  Bed and bathroom linen are changed weekly; extra changes of linen or maid service are available and payable locally.  Baby cots available at €8.00 per day payable locally.

Located just a 10-15 walk from Villasimius town (city tax applies) , the Residence is ideal for those wishing to eat out in local restaurants.
