We are delighted to offer our guests a selection of one, two and three bedroom, privately owned luxury villas in the area of Chia.  Individually designed by local architects, they are located at varying distances from the beach in stunning surroundings, with spectacular views of either the mountains, the sea or the lagoon, and set in landscaped gardens. (Details of location will be given at the time of booking).  Villas have air-conditioning and are equipped and furnished to a high standard. Some of them are offered with a communal pool (available beginning of June to mid-September), a few with a private pool (open all season) and others without pool. 

The Chia Laguna Resort manages the villas on behalf of the owners. On arrival, guests will check in and guests will be escorted to their villa by a concierge, who will highlight the facilities available at the villa and answer any questions.

The Chia Laguna Resort will provide information about the local area and help to book facilities including restaurants, nursery, mini-club and beach facilities, all payable locally and subject to availability.

Guests staying in the villas will have access to the Piazza degli Ulivi at Chia Laguna Resort where shops and evening entertainment are located. 

The villas will be presented freshly cleaned to guests from 1600 hrs and must be vacated by 1000 hrs on the day of departure. Bed & bathroom linen is changed weekly.  Extra changes of linen, daily or occasional cleaning and laundry service are all available and payable locally.  Welcome packs can be pre-arranged and are payable locally

Breakage deposit payable locally according to the value of the property.

*Although the villas come with transfers, we feel that car hire is essential.  For guests on Sardatur flights, and booking their car through us, we will give a reduction of £20 per person (excluding infants) which can be deducted from the cost of the car (collected/returned at the airport).
