Sister hotel to the Hotel Baja, the Blu Hotel Morisco sits just next door, and therefore is ideally placed for those wishing to enjoy the cafes and restaurants of Cannigione.   This popular town offers a good range of facilities, including a weekly market and a diving & water-sports centre and is particularly lively in July & August. Guests also have the advantage of being able to use the wellness centre of the Hotel Baja.

The public areas of this modern hotel are brightly coloured, whilst in contrast, the guestrooms are cool and relaxing, with simple whitewashed walls and calming colours.  The public beach of Cannigione is just 300m and from June until September, the hotel runs a shuttle service to the public beaches at Barca Bruciata and Tancamanna (at set times & at local cost).  Both beaches offer sun-beds & parasols, which can be rented direct from the beach organisers at local cost and on a first come first served basis.  Alternatively, guest can relax by the freshwater swimming pool with its wide sun-terraces and pool bar.  Sun-beds and parasols are complimentary around the pool area.

The restaurant offers a good selection for a buffet style breakfast and dinner (excludes drinks).   Buffet lunch is also available (must be pre-booked & paid in UK).   There is a relaxing bar, which also serves snacks.

 A variety of sporting activities are available, including a free multi-purpose field for tennis, football and volleyball. The gym & wellness centre of the Hotel Baja is available to Morisco guests (at local cost).  Wi-Fi is available in the foyer (at local cost).

For youngsters, a free, limited Mini Club operates for 4-12 year olds (from 18May to 14Sep)  English spoken

The Morisco’s animation team provide entertainment (mostly in Italian) for both adults and children at the hotel’s outdoor amphitheatre (operates 18May to 14Sep).
